Hello! I’m a creative leader based on the West Coast with over 20 years of experience leading and growing creative teams. I believe great leadership starts by leading from the front, rolling up your sleeves, and helping people sharpen their craft. I’m deeply invested in mentorship, whether that means leveling up seasoned creatives or supporting those just getting started in their careers. I work side by side with my teams to deliver impactful visual and contextual storytelling that sparks curiosity and drives real human connection.

 

Currently, I serve as VP of Creative Innovation at Zeta Global, partnering with clients across multiple industries to help them unlock the full power of Zeta’s AI platform and identity led CDP. Together, we create personalized, one to one storytelling across channels including site, email, SMS, social, and loyalty, all in service of deeper engagement and sustainable client growth.

Previously, I’ve led creative teams in both agency and in house environments, each with its own strengths and challenges. That perspective allows me to help teams get the best out of their creative partners, internal or external, and build models that are collaborative, efficient, and creatively ambitious.
